Hi there! We’re the Jansens — and the Grace Shore Villas story starts with us.
Back in 2008, we took a trip from Ontario to visit friends who had moved to Turks & Caicos. We were seasoned travelers of the Caribbean, yet nothing prepared us for how breathtaking these islands were. The turquoise water, friendly locals, laid-back pace, and the feeling of belonging instantly captured our hearts.
After just one week, we knew we had found our little corner of paradise. That same trip, we discovered a property in Grace Bay — and Grace Shore Villas was born.
Our goal has always been to offer something truly special — the comfort and privacy of a villa with the convenience of being close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.
In 2024, we renovated all our 3-bedroom villas to bring a fresh, modern feel while preserving their Caribbean soul. Each villa now features elegant interiors, lanai spaces for evening relaxation, and all the comforts of home.
At Grace Shore Villas, every guest becomes part of our family — or as we like to say, our tribe. We’re proud to have so many returning visitors who call this their home away from home.

Coco Palm is one of our original bungalow-style villas, recently renovated and beautifully updated. It features a king master with an en suite, a queen bedroom, and a queen bunk room that shares a spacious bathroom. Enjoy the screened-in lanai, private additional outdoor space with outdoor shower under the palm trees, high-speed WiFi, full security, full size washer/dryer, and access to three BBQs, two pools, and a waterfall feature — all with a boutique island vibe.

His genuine kindness, local knowledge, and dedication to your comfort are why so many guests return year after year. Claire is part of the Jansen family behind Grace Shore Villas and has been involved in the property from the beginning. Having spent years visiting Turks & Caicos with her family, she fell in love with Grace Bay and the island lifestyle long before the villas were built.
Today, she personally handles every inquiry and booking, ensuring your experience is easy, welcoming, and personalized. From choosing the right villa to offering insider recommendations, Claire is here to help you feel supported and excited from your first message to the moment you arrive
